Recognising the opportunity to shape the scheme during its early construction phase, we worked proactively with the developer, care provider, and planners to ensure all necessary adaptations were implemented across both the properties and the surrounding site, supporting a high level of adaptability for individuals with complex care needs. Key modifications included reconfiguring the car parking layout to create a generous garden space, adjusting site boundaries and fencing to enhance security while maintaining a homely, welcoming environment, and upgrading fixtures and fittings to comply with healthcare standards.

The completed scheme added 12 high-quality, fully accessible apartments to the client’s portfolio, providing a safe, modern, and purpose-built environment for individuals with complex care requirements within a well-connected community.
